Greetings Prospective Vacation Property Owner:

Enclosed is information regarding the Top Notch Vacations Rental Program. The enclosed brochure and insert detail the locations of current properties represented by our company as well as the current rate structure and rental policies. The Rental Agreement and Owner Calendars would need to be signed and returned to begin the enrollment process. A thorough inspection of the property would be done prior to final acceptance of the unit into the Rental Program. All new rental units are required to have a thorough cleaning done by our Head of Housekeeping prior to any rentals being booked. This ensures that the unit is “Top Notch”. The cost of this is incurred by the owner and will be charged according to what is required in order to meet Top Notch standards.

We have developed the Rental Program over recent years to further expand the options for prospective guests, while increasing the efficiency and quality of services to all current guests and owners.
